Too often the serviced office (Regus-type) portion of the real estate portfolio is put on auto-pilot and ignored by client portfolio managers. Even though it might not be a huge financial portion of the portfolio, there are certainly savings to be had.

 

Presenter Mark Ellis, who has 10+ serviced office environments in his portfolio at any one time, will share valuable insight on: knowing when to utilize a serviced office; what to look for in an effective broker for these environments; key terms and negotiating strategies for serviced office leases; and how to maintain an effective relationship once you’ve moved in.
