This year, IFMAs World Workplace (WWP) will be held in Atlanta, GA on October 27-29, 2010. Part of the World Work Place (WWP) tradition is the trading and judging of chapter pins. The trading of pins it is a fun and natural ice breaker at the event. There are many aspects of the event that I love but the trading of pins is by far one of the most interactive and fun parts of the conference.

 

Over the past 3 years, the Greater Triangle Chapter traded its current chapter pin but this year we would like to trade a new a shiny pin at the WWP. Therefore, The Greater Triangle Chapter is happy to announce that we will host a pin design competition. The competition will be open from July 9, 2010 through August 9, 2010 and the winning design will be selected in mid August. This will allow for the design to be manufactured into our Chapter pin in time for WWP.

 

So get break out those color pencils and creative juices and let the ideas flow.  

 

Submissions should be in pdf format, including details such as size, font and color. Look for more specific details at the next chapter meeting and in an email blast.

 

A panel of from our chapter will judge all submissions and select the winning pin design.  Submissions should be sent to Denise Johnston at denise.johnston@cassidyturley.com.
