Q: What excites you the most about IFMA’s work in the Triangle?
A: To take our chapter to the next level and to be nothing less than the premier professional organization in the Triangle.

Q: What made you decide to be on the Board?Randy
A: To plug in more deeply and make new friends. To do my best to build on what awesome volunteers have already built!

Q: What do you want to accomplish by serving on the IFMA Board?
A: The sauce is great – I hope to work on streamlining communication and low value work so that we are fully able to take advantage of the precious time our volunteers contribute.

Q: How will being on the IFMA Board help you achieve your own personal goals?
A: Just to become a stronger extrovert, and to continue to learn new skills and tools as an asset manager.

Q: What legacy do you want to leave by virtue of serving on the IFMA Board?
A: That I was in the top 5 on being fun along with maximizing effective

Q: What about IFMA makes you passionate about the organization?
A: Quality people here

Q: What are your really good at?
A: Being a pusher and facilitator. Move hard and fast on work and fun.

Q: What do you like to do when you are not at work or doing IFMA Stuff?
A: Trying to hang onto to Jeff Tyburski riding a road bike.
