Membership Chair

 

Bill Brooks joined the Chapter in January, 2007 and now holds the position of Membership Chair for fiscal year 2008-2009.  Bill is a partner in Executive Building Maintenance, a janitorial cleaning company focusing on class A office buildings in the Triangle and Wilmington.  When Bill reentered the work force, an employer said “if you benefit from a profession, you have an obligation to contribute to the growth of that profession”.  He has already made efforts to take more advantage of his IFMA membership by volunteering as Membership Chairperson.  Bill has a BA in Business from North Carolina State, has been on management teams that opened and developed new markets and has grown two small businesses.  Bill believes partnering is essential in delivering a service well; trust is essential to good partnering and trust is earned by demonstrating responsibility.
