Neville Devlaliwalla

Neville Devlaliwalla is the Strategy and Planning Manager for the Corporate Real Estate, Workplace Resources and Facilities Department with Cisco.  Cisco designs and sells consumer electronics, networking, voice, and communications technology and services. Cisco has approximately 83,000 employees, 21.5 million SF and annual revenue of US$ 40.0 billion as of 2010.

Along with his colleagues, Neville helps Cisco create global and US and Canada centric business strategies and plans tied to the real estate portfolio of 209 metros in 90 countries with 569 buildings. ‘What most people don’t realize is that after salaries, real estate is a company’s biggest overhead. Our talented Workplace Resources team across the globe are uniquely positioned to provide operational excellence to the portfolio within a process driven organization along with partners like CBRE, JCI and JLL.

IFMA’s educational programs and talented membership is what I enjoy most. He also volunteers his time on boards of several local non-profits. ‘Giving back is not an activity, it’s a way of life’. He used to play in a rock n’ roll band and has an African Grey parrot that call’s his name just like his wife does. Neville, along with his wife Laura, and children Ariana and Liam live in Raleigh, NC.
