Past President

 

Mike O'Brien, CFM became a member of IFMA in 2001 and is now serving as immediate Past President and served as Chapter President from 2006-2008.  Mike has over 25 years of facilities experience working in private industry and public education and has also taught at the community college level.  Mike and his family moved to North Carolina in 1999 when he accepted a position in the Facilities Department with the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill as their Director of Housekeeping.   In 2001 Mike transferred to Quintiles, Inc. where he is Director of Facilities Management with sites in RTP, Atlanta and Montreal. Mike is an avid biker and likes to play an occasional game of golf as his schedule permits.  He is the proud father of four children and keeps fairly active between parenting, work and IFMA
