is the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for McDonald York Building Company.  With 15 years at McDonald York Building Company, Heather has built a team that is redefining building in the Triangle. As a forward-thinking, technologically savvy and agile organization, McDonald York Building Company’s emphasis is on building relationships with clients. The company’s construction delivery approach combines a culture of trust, honesty and team collaboration to bring optimal solutions to its clients. It is this approach that drives Heather to serve her clients and employees. In addition to her leadership at McDonald York Heather serves on the Board of Governors at the Capital City Club, as a board member for Triangle Commercial Real Estate Women (TCREW), and membership chair for International Society of Pharmaceutical Engineers (ISPE).  She also volunteers in various capacities for the American Heart Association and was chair of the Rex Open Pink on the Links Pro-Am Golf Tournament.
