Nora Clark Neilson, CPM joined Spectrum Properties in 1999 as Director of Property Management and is responsible for the day–to-day management operations of the Raleigh portfolio consisting of over 1.6 million square feet of commercial office space.  Prior to joining Spectrum, Ms. Neilson had an extensive career in commercial real estate management in the Washington, DC metropolitan area, where she managed over three million square feet of Class A commercial office space.  She holds an MBA, a CPM Designation and a North Carolina Real Estate License.  She is past president of Triangle CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women) and past president of the Raleigh Durham chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) Chapter 105.
