Publicity Chair
Rusty Linhardt has been a member of IFMA since March 2003 and has filled the role
of Publicity Chair since early 2006. He possesses a broad background in design,
procurement and construction and has over twenty years of experience in corporate
facilities management and contract administration. For the past ten years Rusty
has worked for Heery International, a Professional Services firm specializing in
Architecture, Interior design, Construction Management, Engineering and Facility
Management. Rusty has lived in the Triangle area for most of his life and is now
settled in Garner with Gia, his wife of 10 years, new daughter Anna, and active 5-
